HARDWARE SERVICES

Let's assess how your existing systems could connect.

Integration is assessed for the specific systems and requirements involved — not assumed to work the same way for every property.

START WITH WHAT YOU KNOW

A few details
get the assessment moving.

The more you can tell us, the faster we can form a view.

THE STARTING POINT FOR YOUR ASSESSMENT
  • The system.

    The system or device name

  • The details.

    Model or version, if known

  • Your setup.

A description of your current setup

  • Your goal.

The outcome you're hoping to achieve

HOW WE ASSESS IT

From what you share
to an agreed next step.

A consistent process, whatever system is involved.

COMPATIBILITY

Review the connection.

IF WORKABLE

Define the scope.

An assessment can also identify missing information or an unsuitable connection.
  1. Review the information you share.

Our team looks at the systems, devices and requirements you've described.

  2. Clarify compatibility.

We follow up with any questions needed to understand what a connection would involve.

  3. Define a proposed scope.

If a connection looks workable, we outline what the work would cover.

  4. Agree next steps.

You decide whether to proceed, based on the scope and outcome we've described.

WHAT THE ASSESSMENT MIGHT FIND

A few possible
outcomes, honestly stated.

Not every assessment ends the same way, and that's expected.

  • A supported configuration.

Your systems and PropKita can connect within a workable, defined scope.

  • Scoped additional work.

A connection is possible, but needs further work to be confirmed and agreed.

  • Further information needed.

We can't form a view yet, and will ask for more detail about your systems.

  • An unsuitable connection.

Some systems can't be connected in a way we're able to support.

BEFORE WE BEGIN

What's needed
from your side.

Having documentation and the right contact available keeps the assessment moving without unnecessary delay.

  • System documentation.

Any documentation you have for the system involved

  • A technical contact.

An authorised technical contact who can answer follow-up questions

A private process for sensitive access.

Sensitive credentials are exchanged through an agreed private process once an assessment is under way — never through the public request form.

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Good questions.
Clear next steps.

Have equipment to install as well?

Will every system be able to connect?

Not necessarily. Compatibility depends on the specific systems and requirements involved, and an assessment can conclude that a connection isn't workable.

Is there an open API we can build against?

That's not something we publish generally. Any technical access relevant to a connection is discussed and confirmed as part of an agreed assessment.

Is the assessment free?

Cost, if any, depends on the scope of the assessment involved. This is confirmed with you before any chargeable work begins.

How long does an assessment take?

This depends on the systems involved and how much information is available up front. We'll give you a clearer timeframe once we've reviewed what you've shared.

Do we need to share passwords or credentials?

No, not through this page. Sensitive credentials are exchanged through an agreed private process once an assessment is under way, never through the public request form.
